This is just a list of things as I do them today since the house is way behind on chores since I've been sooooo nauseous and migranous!
- I fed, watered, and poop-scooped Angela's cats (they're coming back from a short vacation today).
- I ate lunch
- I washed all the dishes
- I tidied the kitchen from stuff that didn't belong
- I wiped down the kitchen table and all the counters and cleaned the sink
- Scooped cat litter
- Emptied kitchen trash and recycling
- Took trash and recycling to the curb
- Got the mail
- Sorted and took care of the mail
- Swept and spot-cleaned the kitchen floor
- Made some brown-sugar glazed carrots
- Vacuumed the downstairs
- Tidied downstairs
- Tidied my desk and wiped it down
- Vacuumed the stairs
- Vacuumed the upstairs
I should've kept a list today too, it was hard to keep myself moving! Nicely done. Especially vacuuming, because I know that is your favorite thing to do :). Now that we have stairs (which seem to get dirty almost instantaneously) I am thinking shea needs to learn to vacuum asap...
ReplyDeleteWow Amber, you have gotten so much done! I feel bad having you come take care of our cats for three days now that I know you have had a continuous migraine (that's what I get for not hanging out with you for a while, we should remidy that!).
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you were able to go to court and support R, so glad she gets to keep C for now, but so sad about all the family dynamic that are changing, and have changed forever. I didn't know your mom had taken R's side and I am so so so glad to hear you had another person to talk, confide, and agree with. Sometimes just hashing everything out with another person not directly involved helps so so much.
I love that you posted twice! For some reason these posts stopped coming into my google reader meaning I never saw them till I just logged on to post myself! I am so used to seeing things minutes after people post!
I am so glad you are feeling better and I hope you stay migraine free for a long time now! And yes, they do use zofran with chemo patients, along with phenergan and sometimes ativan or haldol (the latter two are usually for anxiety but for some reason they help nausea too). Take as much as you can a day if you need it. Nausea is THE WORST feeling ever!
Love you!!
Angela you're the best! =D
ReplyDeleteCan you come to my house? That's great that you've been able to get so much done! I'm looking forward to reading your life update.
