I did finish my goals yesterday! I may have overdone it a tiny bit and legs aren't so great today but I'm resting with the sliding glass door open and the sunlight streaming in.
Goals for today:
Enter in 10 receipts
- Finish "Bird by Bird"
Write in my "One line a day" journal from Angela
Capture Joe for some 1:1 time
- Start organizing my control journal
This seems silly but for the last month I have brushed my teeth twice a day, even when I had depressed days, and for the last two weeks I also flossed daily. Feeling like it's getting to be a routine now. For the last week I've also spent time in meditation and prayer each morning. It is so difficult to quiet my head, but if I just sit and be patient and every time I remember say "Oh yeah God, where were we?" then eventually I can just sit in his presence.
Nice work keeping up your to do list and getting stuff done! I should make one that says feed eli, feed eli, change eli's diaper, take nap with eli. :)

ReplyDeleteGreat job accomplishing all that stuff even though your legs weren't doing so well! My goals for this evening were fill out cottage rental agreement (we're going with Justin's family in February and I'm organizing it) and write sympathy card for an older gentleman in our church. I'm finding these two tasks hard enough after a day at work. I miss you Amber!
