I am an emo chick.

Ok not really but I am in love with wearing cute clothes, my pearls I got from the hubby before our wedding, and my camera, and taking pictures from emo angles. (see how my camera strap is in the side of that picture, I am totally going to make a camera strap cover and so when it peeks into my pictures it will be super cute. Can't wait. )

Right now my in-laws and Amber are over and my husband has the day off. Now only if Joe were here it would be perfect, but this is pretty near a perfect sunday. Church and family. (though it makes me wish my family was closer...)

I am obsessed with my skinny jeans I got yesterday. Before we left for church I was trying on all different shoes with them. Love. Love. Love. And they were only 20! And they are levis!

Paul and I are getting kitties and the lady I want to get them from in Renton finally has some. She gets foster kitties, has them for a few weeks, gets them fixed, lets them recover, and then adopts them out. These are my two favorites of the litter so far. I am so in love and can't wait for two of the litter to be ours!!

With love.

  1. MAKE a camera strap!!! I made one for my sister in law for Christmas (there is a link on my blog to the tutorial I used, I think) and it turned out so cute and was SO easy (literally took 15 min. to make). It makes me happy to see it in her pictures sometimes, because she is always taking pictures like you.

And I'm not really a pet person, but those kittens almost make me want one! cute!! Maybe if they stayed kittens...and I didn't have a child who would kill them.

Oh and your clothes are really cute! I'm feeling so bored of my wardrobe lately, but don't want to spend money on anything. I feel like all my clothes are so "young" still (like high school...probably because thats when I bought most of them).

  2. I want to make one so bad. I need to go visit my MIL or mom, or get the sewing maching from my grandma (that is technically my cousins but that she doesnt use). I want polka dot fabric with pink ruffles. :) Paul will LOVE to use it. Haha. I will have to look for your tutorial! :)

And I wish kittens stayed kittens forever. Seriously, love kittens and have never gotten to have one in my life. Both cats we got full grown.

I am tired of my wardrobe too, but I have been reading a lot of blogs where they add a lot of stuff to t-shirts, and fix cardigans like you did and stuff. I want to start doing that!
