A blog full of pictures.

In the last two days I have:
  • babysat
  • picked up the house
  • made the bed
  • cleaned the kitchen more times than I can count
  • babysat
  • turned in two job applications in person
  • watched a lot of tv (oops)
  • not gotten enough sleep (hate that)
Now onto the fun stuff. I brought my tripod babysitting today and Kaliah and I have been having a blast. I am able to type this blog post without interruptions because I put her down for a nap! Oh man I love these times. Ok, as I look through these pictures I just want to be a mom so bad. I got Amber to watch 16 and pregnant ( I absolutely love that show embarrassingly) and it just makes us want to have children. But now is not the time, so I will enjoy others people's children. :)
These pictures were taken in Kaliah's backyard. They actually live in a neighborhood with neighbors all around, but right around their house is wetlands, so I was able to make it look like they didn't have people anywhere in sight!

Typical day. She plays and I watch. :)

She loves this hardwood floor and the sound her toys make as she pushes them all around. I love it for different reasons, its beautiful.
I put this picture in because I realized it really showed what my haircut looks like. This is the shortest I have had my hair since 2nd grade and I loooooove it.

Look at my little snuggle bug. She is kinda hard to capture on camera because the 2 second delay and flashing light of using the remote to take the picture is distracting to her. (oh yes this is how I took the pictures: tripod, camera remote, and camera)

Little pumpkin. Gosh I love her, and can't wait to have my own little munchkins to love and take pictures of. My kids will have the most documented lives of all times. Oh and I will be one of those moms like in the blogs I read who call themselves the momarazzi. Haha.

She thought the tripod was a jungle gym...

I would love a kitchen like this someday!
This is how she takes her nap. Bean bag chair, blanket (made by her mom with the cutest fabric-its even cuter on the other side), bottle, pacifier, and she is a goner.

Have a happy Thursday girls!

  1. I absolutely LOVE the pictures! You need to find some contest and enter those in! My school is having a photo contest for photos that illustrate "a sustainable future". Money prizes! Too bad I am not good at photos and don't really enjoy taking them!

  2. You look so much like a hip mom in these pictures! I'm sure you'll be an awesome one :) I'm sure everyone tells you, but definitely enjoy the time you have just the two of you now! Although, I also believe that there is never a good time to have a baby and never a bad time to have a baby :) God will time it out perfectly for you! Thanks for documenting your day this way, so fun to look at!
