Today on the first day of school, I didn't do any school. All I did was look over the syllabi.
But! I cleaned our bedroom, tidied the office, reclaimed the upstairs bathroom back from Wiggle and cleaned it, tidied up downstairs somewhat (my serving dishes are waiting for me to put them back upstairs). I did some dishes and some laundry. And I spent a long time on the phone. We're making a counter offer on the same house. Highest and best, so we'll know for sure very soon whether we get it or not. Even though I really like it, I would be okay to keep looking. And we have a second choice in mind if we don't get the first one.
I have a stiff neck today so it's been hard to move. That's why I'm so proud of the cleaning I did! It's really difficult to bend over and pick things up and to vacuum. But I did. Though I used our little cordless vacuum because it's so light, even though it's not really meant for carpets!
Joe brought home some Safeway brand bottles of different flavored lemonade because they were on sale for 50 cents each. I am drinking French Berry Lemonade and it is delicious! It made my mood much better.
I'm going to give my neck some love before bed - alternate heat and cold, stretching, rubbing, resting. Then when I wake up it should be almost gone!

You did lots of cleaning, you should be proud of yourself! And your lemonade sounds delish. Oh and I am so calling you tomorrow to see if Joe works and if not we should def hang out! I have two days off in a row. :)
