Yesterday afternoon I texted Paul and asked him if we could go to Indian Food for dinner. He happily obliged. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala as I always do and as always it was AMAZING. I had leftovers for dinner tonight and will have more for lunch tomorrow. I am addicted.
That awesome face I am making? It is because Paul made me wait like 7 seconds smiling for the picture and I started to give up and apparently he caught this goofy grin on camera.
Eric was being a goof this evening. Chillin and asking for belly rubs on top of the shelf. We also went to the Lexus Dealership today to get an oil change and they had free awesome coffee! I got a vanilla latte. I will never get to enjoy the experience again because the oil change was way too expensive for my liking. Toyota here we come. And the goofy picture of me in the middle? Well that is just how excited I was this morning to wear my new shirt and belt. ( I finally have a belt that fits!)
Today Paul and I went to Safeway and we got a ton-o-food. That's what happens when you don't grocery shop except for perishables for over 2 months. Yep, it had been that long and it was awesome. We got oatmeal and well, two of the packets were opened, and it was odd, and I think I may email the company and see what they do. I don't care if I get nothing but it would be cool to get free oatmeal.
The absolutely adorable Asian baby? Her name is Angela and she is Gabe's niece. Man I love asian babies!
Today after getting the oil changed we stopped by Sport Co to look at gun safes (which are expensive btw) and gun prices for Joe. I hate guns, they kinda scare me, so I ran away and looked at clothes while Paul fiddled with guns.

My kitties love that I am sitting down and resting and reading my Bible daily . They think it is awesome cuddle time, and so do I. We also went to Costco today and got a Blue-ray player with built in wifi for 95 dollars. Sounds expensive yes, but considering I returned one that was just "wifi compatible" and you had to buy an $80 piece to make the wifi work this was WAY cheaper and I was so glad they had it at costco. Makes the return a piece of cake if something doesn't work!
I finally got all the labels on the storage bins in the closet of the spare room and I love it. I know exactly where everything is and it just makes me smile when I open the door now. I absolutely love organization!
Your dinner looks excellent! I have been wanting to go try a new indian place on bainbridge island for a while now, but I'm never out there except when I'm working! Next date night, for sure. Hurray for the belt! Mine is falling apart and I need a new one badly, but I have a hard time finding ones I like/that fit. Well, I guess I won't actually be needing one for a while, but I just meant that I understand the joy that comes from having a belt!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your kitties are keeping you company while you read - must be good motivation!
haha I need a new belt too! I have the same problem as Becca, its always so hard to find just the right one. Its so bad that I'm wearing one of Justin's old belts right now. I love organization too! I keep opening my kitchen drawers just to look at how nicely organized they are. The other night I made some amazing Indian Butter Chicken, it was SO good. Indian food is becoming one of my favourites.
