Haven't felt much like posting lately...

But I'm enjoying reading every one that is posted!

I'm happy because Joe and I just finished combining and filing all our documents and shredding most of the non-important ones. It's all in one place now and it's a good feeling, like I/we made one step toward having more organized lives!

One of the next things we need to do is combine our office supplies and figure out a good way to store them. He has all the practical stuff - extra pens and pencils, paper clips, etc. I have all the fun stationery and silly stickers. We both have printer paper, we both have envelopes...so maybe that'll be the next project? Except it won't be quite as concise as one file box which is what we have now and I love it (someday it'll have to expand, but for now it's nice!)

Big news but kind of sad: we terminated our offer on the house today. The lien holder was just being dumb and not budging at all, and our offer was more than reasonable. We went back and forth with them three times, and their actions aren't making any sense...so we're stickin' it to the man! I have a hope they'll meekly call our agent on Monday and ask if we're still interested, at which point we'll graciously say "yes". But starting next week I'll be looking online at houses again.

(oh and I've been working out! Lately for some reason I can't do half the amount I used to be able to do, I get tired so much faster. But I'm still going even if I have to nap afterward! lol.)
