Now we don't know if we're getting the house. The second lien holder wants us to pay an extra $10,000. Our agent said that their agent may not have been completely honest with us.
Sigh...all this drama! Yet I am confident that it's part of God's plan. We will not pay a penny more. We "stuck it to the man" before and we can do it again. God has pretty obviously shown his hand in all this, so I'm not worried, whatever the outcome.
I ran a ten minute mile yesterday! But when I stepped off the treadmill, what had been a slightly annoying pain on the top of my ankle turned into a very painful thing to even walk on! I iced it and I won't be running till it's better. I'm still going to drag Joe to the gym today...I think I'll try cycling and see if that hurts it, since my ankle won't be supporting the weight of my body. If it does hurt it, I think I'll just do resistance today...probably just arms too. Boooring. And then I'll sit in the sauna for a loooong time! =D
I hope your ankle starts feeling better sister! And I know God has the whole house thing under control, I hope he wants what I want though :) .
ReplyDeleteDefinitely don't worry! We've been here two days, and I still catch myself worrying about whether they will get a random offer on the house before it gets taken off the market next month! But, if God wants us to move again in a month, then there will be a reason it all happened. So I know he has a reason for all of this happening to you! I hope your ankle feels better soon too, so you can keep working out :)
