OMG WE GOT THE HOUSE

So now I can type, we were about to take my car to Mazda when we found out.

The second lien holder should approve it by the end of the week. And they want to close by mid-March. That means we could be moving in about a month!!!!

I had gotten up early to take care of the Comcast stuff and let the plumber in while Joe slept in, so I went back to bed for an hour, setting the alarm for 10:15. At 10 Joe came in and said "it's time to get up" and I was like "I have fifteen more minutes on my alarm" and he said "okay" and left.

Five minutes later he came in, stood in the doorway and said, "Get. Up." I was like "No, I have ten minutes left." He smiled and said "Get. Up." I was like "why"? He said GET UP NOW. So I did and he led me to the computer, sat me in the chair and had me read the email that said they accepted our offer! It seemed so surreal!

Our realtor was so excited he misspelled our email address three times in his attempts to tell us!
