Not going away today... that's okay.

Well, we're not going anywhere tonight. I guess we had a miscommunication....two days ago he wanted to "talk about it later", so like a good wife I didn't nag except to ask yesterday "so what are we doing this weekend?" and he replied "I don't know". This morning I said "so I guess we're not going away tonight" and he was like "no, I didn't want to - and why didn't you bring it up yesterday?" lol! Oh well!

I don't mind so much. We had just a really great evening last night. Joe brought on-sale cake from Safeway for dessert. I made alfredo-mozzeralla chicken pasta and Joe said it was really good! Joe played his video game and I fell asleep on the couch, only to wake up around 8 pm with him cutting me cake and boiling me water for tea!

We watched "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" and two episodes of The Office. And that ends what I am going to tell you about. It was such a great evening!

I told my mom I'd hike with her today but then I remembered I'm helping out in a friend's wedding today (I was half asleep on the couch when my mom called). Here's what I plan to do today:

  • Help in Lindsay's wedding
  • Pick a room downstairs and remove everything from it that does not belong there! Tidy everything else!
That's all I can think about right now. I hate morning heartburn! I'm in pain. Love you girls!

    Even though you don't get to go away it sounds like you had a pretty amazing evening. (And maybe you will get to go away in the not so distant future!)

    Have fun today with the wedding and organzing, I wish I could help you clean, and I am not joking. 100% seriousness here.

    If you get bored come by Steve and Kathys, and we will try not to let pepper fumes kill you.
